Business

Life Science Division

The Life Science Division handles food additives and health food ingredients.

As for food additives, we sell acidifiers such as citric acid and lactic acid, sweeteners such as acesulfame K and sorbitol, vitamins such as ascorbic acid and riboflavin, thickening and stabilizing agents such as xanthan gum and pectin, seasonings and preservatives such as various amino acids, sodium glutamate, glycine We also sell seasonings and preservatives such as various amino acids, sodium glutamate, and glycine.

For health food materials, we import various plant extracts, yeast containing minerals and vitamins, and various amino acids from overseas and sell them in Japan. After importing, we sort the products into small portions in-house, and we can provide products in small quantities of 1 kg.

The Life Science Division handles various food additives. For example, citric acid, an acidity enhancer, is used to adjust the acidity of beverages, jams, dressings, etc. Xanthan gum, a thickening and stabilizing agent, is used to adjust the thickness of nursing food against the backdrop of the recent aging population and declining birthrate.

Health Foods

The Life Science Division handles a variety of health food materials. For example, banaba extract and salacia extract are used in supplements to lower blood sugar levels, and ginkgo biloba extract is used in supplements to improve cognitive function.

Pharma Division

The Initiatives of the Products Handled are:

1.Pharmaceutical Intermediates Business

We import intermediates for generic API manufacturers by researching intermediate manufacturers in China, India, and Europe. The intermediates we handle range from toxic chemicals to novel chemicals, and we import a wide variety of compounds.

2.Reagent Business for New Drug Development

For pharmaceutical companies, we also provide introductions to manufacturers that can handle the entire process from R&D to production by outsourcing the manufacture of reagents used in new drugs and R&D to China and other countries. We have experience in R&D, prototyping, and mass production of chemical products used for applications other than pharmaceuticals.

3.Trilateral Trade Business

This is one of the businesses we are working with cooperation with our subsidiary in India, where POs, SCs, and LCs are established on the Japanese side and the business of exporting pharmaceutical intermediates and APIs directly from China to India without going through Japan.

Pharmaceutical Intermediates

Division

The division consists of fine chemical-related, battery & construction material-related, and feed-related businesses, each with one full-time sales representative to expand sales and follow-up.
In the fine chemicals business, we sell TPP, chloroacetophenone, pyridine, nicotinic acid, etc. for electric materials, paints, surface treatment, and catalyst applications.
The Batteries & Construction Materials segment sells battery components (laminated films, anode materials, etc.) and special roof coatings.
The feed business sells feed additives (mainly vitamins, amino acids, etc.) and feed ingredients.
